The Biggest Lie In Real Estate...Revealed..

I am going to go out on a limb here today and tell you
something no other "real estate guy" will tell you...

I have LOST money on real estate projects!

I have actually invested in real estate properties that did
not work out and I ended up losing money!

Many of you that have been with me awhile know this
and I have gone out of my way to even tell you guys
about "my screwups" in the past – and that brings me to a point –

I screw up more than I would like and if anyone tells
you that they don’t they are lying to you!

It happens! No one is 100% and no one is that good.
Just ask Warren Buffet about Solomon Brothers!!

So, if anyone is telling you how good they are but
denies that they have made any mistakes...run...fast...

Related to this I am planning a 2 day retreat later this
year – probably in the fall. I have not had a seminar
or retreat now for a couple of years and we area
probably due. One of the things that I will spend a
lot of time talking about will be mistakes, how to avoid
them and how to NOT DO WHAT I HAVE DONE –
a great way to speed up your progress is not
to have anything slow you down – like these mistakes..

The good news about screwing up by the way (me,
you, someone else) is it is experience that can
be used to make even more money later! That is
the beauty of it in a weird kind of way..

Moving forward without making mistakes is
impossible. Get used to it and use it as a lever to
propel you forward
